SCHEDULE OF RAISES and DEDUCTIONS

RAISES:

First Pay period after July 1, 2010

$1000 lump sum, based on appointment percentage, not hours worked; e.g., 50% time = $500

October 1, 2010              2.5% Range Adjustment, TX-RX

January 1, 2011              TX – ½-step in salary range = 2.3%*

RX – 1 step in salary range = 2%*

October 1, 2011              3% Range Adjustment, TX-RX

January 1, 2012              TX – ½-step in salary range = 2.3%*

RX – 1 step in salary range = 2%*

October 1, 2012              3% Range Adjustment, TX-RX

January 1, 2013              TX – ½-step in salary range = 2.3%*

RX – 1 step in salary range = 2%*

DEDUCTIONS:

May 1, 2010         2% personal DCP redirected to UCRS.**

July 1, 2011         1% UCRS (pension) deduction

July 1, 2012         1% UCRS (pension) deduction

2011-2013: Health care premium increases capped at 18%

Contract ends June 30, 2013

* In order to qualify for a step increase you must be non-probationary staff in career status jobs, not at the top of your scale and have satisfactory performance reviews or no review at all. Everyone in RX/TX, including casual and probationary employees, will receive October range adjustments.

** The net you receive from your paycheck will not go down, but you will have less for retirement.
