Under the terms of our current contract, you should have received a 2.5% raise (range adjustment) for the period beginning Oct. 1, 2010. You should see this increase in your next paycheck after Oct. 1. UC Open Enrollment started this week. If you have Healthnet, be certain to read the “Health Benefits Open Enrollment” booklet that you should have received from UC by now. You will see a significant change in the Healthnet plan, and a very large increase in premiums, depending on pay band. A tentative agreement in the HX contract re-opener negotiations for wages and benefits has been reached. A summary is below. Both the bargaining team and the systemwide executive board have given a reluctant ‘yes’ recommendation for ratification.
